Attendance
- School begins with assembly at 08:00 and ends at 14:30.
- Late arrivals must stay after school to make up time.
- No leaving school without written permission from the Responsible Party (R.P.).
- Absences require a letter (submitted to the grade teacher the next school day); more than 3 days also need a medical certificate.
- 4 weeks of absence without notice = considered withdrawn.
Uniform
Uniform is compulsory daily and for all school activities.
- Boys: White shirt, trousers/shorts in school colour, badge on chest. Proper haircut, no earrings/piercings.
- Girls: White blouse + pinafore (knee-length, correct colour, badge). No tight/short dresses.
- No caps, jewellery, makeup, dyed hair, or fancy hairstyles.
- White socks + proper sports shoes required.
- PE: Official PE outfit must be worn.
Journal & Requisites
- Students must have a journal, books, and requisites daily.
- Journal must be updated, signed by grade teacher & R.P. every 2 weeks.
- Students are responsible for belongings; theft/loss must be reported.
Examinations & Reports
Assessment Structure:
- 1st Term: 4 assessments (25 marks each).
- 2nd Term: 2 assessments (20%) + internal exam (80%).
- 3rd Term: End-of-year exams only.

- Failing same grade twice = not readmitted.

Discipline
- Valid Student ID required.
- Respect teachers, parents, classmates.
- No littering; use bins.
- No phones/electronics at school.
- No posting school photos/logo online.
- No valuables or large sums of money.
- No undesirable books, videos, or images.
- No leaving class without a pass.
- No entering staff/office rooms without permission.
- Students responsible for desks/chairs.
- No chewing gum or correction fluid.
Extra-Curricular Activities
- Consent form signed by R.P. required for outings.
- School not responsible for health-related mishaps.
- Students must appear on official outing lists.
